My first The Body Shop product is a small bottle of mango lotion. Actually it's my mom's but I used it anyway. Since that day, I love The Body Shop products. I love it because it's natural and supports many social activism. Today, I have a few of The Body Shop products; body mists, lip butter, body butters, nail treatment, body polish, exfoliator, etc.

Yesterday, I opened The Body Shop's website to know more about their products and then, I found a quiz to know what are the best products from The Body Shop for your skin. First, I think the result will be Tea Tree products for acne and stuff because I have acne. But from the results, I actually need Seaweed products. I know I have combination skin but I never had an idea to use those seaweed products. The quiz have a few questions about eyes and make-up stuff too and the results is what you need for your eye care.

I was looking for a body splash on Bath & Body Works' website when I saw these two beautiful sponge. What makes these sponges catch my eyes is the shape, especially the pink one. I am in love with floral stuff at the moment. Dress, accessories, photos, even the flower itself. Oh, I love floral stuff.

Japanese Honey Lemon

I really enjoy reading japanese comic. Well, it usually called Manga (Pronounce: /ˈmɑːŋɡə/ or /ˈmæŋɡə/). There are a lot of manga types but to make it simple (probably) it divided into shoujo and shounen. Shoujo manga primarily target girls. The story usually about romance and love. Shounen manga usually about fighting and action. That makes it primarily target boys.

I often read shoujo manga and I often found a scene where this main character give a box of sliced lemon that they called 'Honey Lemon' to her crush who just finished a sport competition or sport practice. I really curious about this lemon slices thing. I'm not sure it is a food or a drink. One day, I search it on Google and then I found one article on Yahoo! Answers about 'Japanese Honey Lemon'. Thank God, there is a complete step how to make one of this 'Japanese Honey Lemon'. The ingredients are very easy to find. Just like the name of the thing, you only need some lemons and a jar of honey. I'm not really sure it's a food or a drink but I think it is a drink.

What you need: 3.5 lbs of lemons, one 32 ounce (2 lbs) jar of honey, and a medium sized Tupperware container (roughly 7" in diameter and 5" deep). --> these are what the article said.

1. Slice the lemons thinly, about 1/8 inch if possible. Discard the ends of the lemons and as many seeds as you have patience to pick out.

2. Layer the lemon slices in the Tupperware container until full.

3. Next, pour the honey on top of the lemon slices. It takes several minutes for the viscous honey to fill the spaces among the lemon slices. Once the Tupperware container is filled with a solid mass of lemon slices and honey, seal tightly and place the Tupperware container in the fridge.

4. It takes 6 to 8 hours for a magical chemical process to completely turn the lemon slices and honey into the lemon concentrate. After about 3 or 4 hours, flip the Tupperware container so that it's laying on its top.

Ta-da! This is the result.

After all of the process, the concentrate will looks like tea. I love cooking but I don't know why, I don't like to eat foods or drinks that I made. I just do not have the appetite. My parents love this Japanese Honey Lemon that I made, especially my mother. She said it's very delicious and refreshing. She even drink one tablespoon of it every morning. Oh, me? I haven't drink any of it. Actually, I drink it once. One teaspoon of it for taste testing.

P.S. this is the real recipe if you want to see it by yourself. I wrote the ingredients and the steps according to this recipe.

Mind and Body

After all of the torturing exams, I can finally relax at home. Well, I am not really relaxing right now. I fill my holiday with something useful such as go to the gym, go to the skin doctor (to cure my acned skins), go to other doctors, basically I do something that I cannot do in my school time. I always wanted to do something like these but I just don't have time. So, this is my chance to do all of that kind of stuff.

First thing that came to my mind for this holiday is go to the gym. I need to work out to lose some weight and gain more height. I started by becoming a member and hired a personal trainer because I've never been to a gym before. My personal trainer taught me how to use the machines and stuff. She's really nice but in the end I stop hiring her (my personal trainer) and hire a new one, a personal pilates trainer. Yes, I changed my mind and do pilates instead.

Pilates is actually really fun. It's kind of complicated but I really like it. Today is my first time with my personal pilates trainer. I really enjoy the way she train me. She explained about what is pilates and some stuff about muscles first. It really help me to understand what am I going to do. Because this is my first time, she taught about respiration and postures. I don't know why but I love these kind of stuff. I think I am going to love it.

Actually, I came to the gym with my friend. We planed to work out together but we separated in the middle. She worked out with her personal trainer and I worked out with my own. Even tough we separated, we decided to go to a body balance class together. It's our first time in the body balance class. It's really exhausting but at the same time it's really relaxing. Body Balance is a combination of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates. It's 3 in 1! I think it's really good for your mind and body.

Different is Great

Have I told you before that I am so into indie at the moment? Well if I haven't told you, now you know it. I don't know since when but I start to listen to indie music recently. I still listening to other kind of music but indie music rules my iPod at the moment. I think there are some reason why I am so into indie music right now.

Students at my school, especially girls, are so into Korean music. They like boy bands, girl bands, and stuff. Almost all of my friend like Korean music. I like it too, but not as much as my friends. They really really like Korean music. Some of my friends even buy Korean music CDs from eBay, learn how to dance like Korean boy or girl bands, or buy posters of them. They talk about Korean stuff almost all the time. Well, not almost but they often talk about it.

Because of that reason, I want to be different. I like to listen to something that my friends barely know about them. I don't know why but I like it when I told my friend about some band and they don't have any clue who they are. I feel different, in a good way. But that is not the only reason why I start to listen to indie music. I think indie musicians have something that major label musicians don't have. I don't know what it is but I feel it when I hear it.

This is one of my favorite indie folk band at the moment. They are She & Him. Consisting actress Zooey Deschanel (vocals, keyboard) and musician M. Ward (guitar, production).

I made this art for my friend, she asked me to draw this. She also asked me to write the name of her favorite Korean boy named Taemin. I wrote it in Korean. Actually, I don't really know about this Korean boy. Oh well.

I'm pretty happy with the final result. I like it because I use drawing pen instead of ballpoint or pencil. It looks great when you scanned it.

Cuarto XVI

I'm a ninth grader. That means we are going to make a yearbook. Every year, the ninth grader at my school will make a music event to collect money for the yearbook.

I'm not a part of the yearbook team, but I also take part in the making of it. My friends and I played in a music event called Cuarto XVI. We made this event and we played in it too. The money from this event will be use for our yearbook. There are vocal, guitar, percussion, and traditional music performances. Music performances performed by ninth grader music students. There is also a bidding session of ninth grader art students' artworks. Money from the bidding session will be use for our yearbook too.

I love this event! This is my first time playing guitar in front of a lot of people and surprisingly, I'm pretty calm. Thank God. I always afraid that I will mess up the performance. All of our performances are pretty good. To remember that day, we took some photos.

It's been a long time since my last post (I think). It is holiday but I am so bored. I have nothing to do. I always do the same things everyday. Sleep, eat, shower, and laptop. Well, actually yesterday I went to the cinema with my sister and her husband to watch the most remarkable movie of the year, Avatar. After I saw this movie, I really want to have a dragon like the Na'vi have. I'll tell you later about that movie.

By the way, even tough I don't celebrate Christmas, I love Christmas. The tree, decorations, presents, and of course the atmosphere. I love it when store and malls sell different kind of toys.

Movie Mania

Movie is a fun thing to watch. You can watch it at home or at a cinema. When you have nothing to do at home, you can watch your collection of DVDs. Your old or new ones. I like to watch DVDs at home but when I have time to go out, I like to go to a cinema to watch something. Usually, I go with my sister. She likes movies like I do. Sometimes, I go with my nieces too. They are a fun friends to go with.

I like action, thriller, horror, comedy... actually, I like all kind of movies. It depends how the story goes.

Today, I just finished my school exam for semester one and I need a lot of DVDs to watch. Thanks to Puti, she borrowed me Jennifer's Body DVD. I think I'll watch it tonight. I'll watch it before I start the school tomorrow. My school don't give us holiday after the exam. For god's sake, we need holiday! We studied the 7th and 8th grade subjects too for the exams! Not only 9th grade subjects! Yes, that means we need holiday.

On Friday, I plan to go to Point Square to buy new DVDs. A lot of DVDs. Here is my shopping list, maybe I can found these movie there;

Fashion Is An Art

You know what? I have been interested in fashion since 7th grade. In the elementary school, I didn't really care about what I was wearing. I always wear jeans and t-shirt back then (well, until now).

And then, I realized that fashion is an art (I haven't realized it back then). For me, fashion is an art that people wear everyday. Even when they sleep!

First, do you know this man? By the mask that he is holding, I think you know who is he. He is the famous masked magician. He has his own show called "Breaking the Magicians' Code: Magic's Biggest Secrets Finally Revealed ". In his show, he reveals a lot of magician tricks. His show makes a lot of magicians mad and disappointed. He said that the motive behind the show was to encourage magicians to invent new tricks and illusions.

For a non-magician, this show is an interesting show. I also watch this show too. I usually watch it on AXN. In his show, he never talked and never showed his face. That's why he wears a masked.

Real Thing

Watching movie is a fun thing. You can do it at a cinema or at your home sweet home. One thing you must have to watch a movie is money. You need to buy movie tickets with money. You need to buy DVD player and DVDs with money. But sometimes you don't need money to watch a movie. You can borrow your friends' DVDs.

Usually after I watch an awesome animation movie, I wish those characters in that movie are real. Believe it or not, some of it are real.

My friend gave me a link to this video. She's a kind of person who like to found something interesting. Before I post it, I want to ask you something. Have you watch a disney movie called Wall-E? If you already watch it, then you know about the main character named Wall-E. He is a robot that stay on earth alone. This video is about a real life Wall-E robot that can response. I don't know if someone control that robot with a remote control or that robot move by itself. Who knows?

By the way, today I watched a movie called "Angus, Thong, and Perfect Snogging". It's a nickelodeon movie. First of all, It's been a long time since my last update on blogger. I'm too busy with my twitter and tumblr account. You can see my twitter and tumblr account by clicking the links on the side bar. Twitter is addictive and tumblr is fun. Those are my reason why I abandoned my blogger. Now, I'm going to write something.

Actually, I don't know what I'm going to write about. Hmm, I think I'll write random stuff that comes to my mind and that random stuff are MJ's movie "This is it" and some CD that I just bought.

Today, I watched MJ's movie called "This is it" with my mom. Since the death of The King of Pop, Michael Jackson, she becomes a fan of MJ. Before the death, she's not. I just realized that this is the first time we watched a movie together since we watch Spiderman in 2001. Wow, it's a long long time ago. "This is it" is a documentary movie of MJ's concert rehearsal. It'll be an amazing concert, if MJ is still alive and do the concert. MJ works with Kenny Ortega. You know that guy, right? He's the choreographer and director of High School Musical trilogy. For Michael Jackson's fans, this documentary movie is a must see movie. Actually, I'm not a big fan of MJ but I like his music, style, and dance moves. He is a legend.

Before I watched that movie, I bought some new CD: Phineas and Ferb Soundtrack and Love Drunk (BLG's). I'm pretty happy that I bought these CDs. First, because (insyaallah) I'll go to BLG's concert in Jakarta with my friends. I hope I won't cancel it like what I did with Soulnation :\ I really wanted to see The Ting Tings performance at Soulnation, but I think my dad didn't allow me to go there. So I hope this time I won't cancel it. Second, Phineas and Ferb is my favorite TV shows on Disney Channel. That is why I bought the CD. My favorite songs from this CD are 'Today is gonna be a great day', 'Gitchee gitchee goo', 'Perry the platypus theme', 'Backyard beach', 'Busted', 'I love you mom', 'S.I.M.P (Squirrels in my pants)', and 'My nemesis'.

Like what I said before, He is a legend.

Mother Daughter

Mother and daughter. They supposed to have a very close relationship. The mother support her daughter. The daughter respect her mother. They love each other. Well, the relationship between my mother and me are so-so. Sometimes we are very close, and sometimes we are not. I love my mother, but I hate it when she angry to me for no reason. Usually it's because of my maids or her office's problems.

This evening, she angry to me because my wardrobe isn't tidy. I never say anything to my mom when she angry to me. I do it for one reason: if I talk back, she will be angrier. I just do whatever she told me. She said tidy your room, I tidy my room. She said take a shower, I take a shower. One day, she angry to me. It is because I said to her that she already mention the same information before. Suddenly, she angry to me. I just eat my breakfast and listen to her. I didn't say anything. That evening she said sorry to me, and then she said that she angry to me because she's very angry to my maid. I know how she felt. That maid is really annoying.

I remember when my mom haven't worked. We always talk about my day every time I got back from school. We always go somewhere together. We always eat breakfast together. We always play together. I miss those days.

Soapsuds Art

It sounds ridiculous. An art made from soapsuds? Yes, it's made from soapsuds. First, I didn't mean to make an art. I was playing with water, soap, a tea cup, and a whisker when I had that idea. Whisker? I wasn't going to make a cake dough or something. I used that thing to make soapsuds. hehehe.

When I showed a photo of my soapsuds art to my parents, they said it looks like a cat. Actually, I was going to make it look like a rabbit. Well, at least it have a shape :\ How I made it? It's easy! I filled the tea cup with soapsuds until it overload. Then I put a little soapsuds at the top of the overload soapsuds. I put a little soapsuds to make it look like a tail too.

Actually, the soapsuds art that I made doesn't look that good.

It's typical. Everybody can do it. It's not that special. I think.

I had a nightmare. It's very weird.

Jadi ceritanya, gue sama temen-temen gue lagi makan di McD gitu. Gue cuma mesen sedikit terus totalnya cuma Rp 7.500 an gitu. Gue waktu itu punya uang 20 ribuan, 10 ribuan, sama 5 ribuan. Masing-masing ada 2 lembar. Terus gue kasih aja 20 ribu. Gak tau kenapa padahal kan ada 10 ribu. Eeeh, mas-mas yang di kasirnya bilang kalau gak bisa pake bayar pake yang nominalnya segitu. Gue kan bingung, yaudah gue kasih yang 10 ribu. Dianya juga gak mau. Gue kasih 5 ribu. Dianya juga gak mau. Terus mas-masnya bilang yaudah sini uangnya. Refleks, gue ngasih semua uang yang gue punya. Abis gue kasih, dia sama mas-mas di kasir sebelahnya kayak senyum evil gitu. Dari meja kasir tiba-tiba muncul kodok gitu. Tapi munculnya tuh kayak di dalem lift yang kecil banget. Cuma muat buat si kodok. Oh iya, kodoknya kayak beracun gitu. Gak jelas? Emang. Gue aja bingung sendiri.

Gue kan sedih gara-gara uang gue diambil semua sama mas-mas itu. Terus tiba-tiba ada cowo gitu dateng, yang kalau di mimpi gue itu dia kakak gue. Dia nyamperin mas-mas itu. Tiba dia ngeluarin kodoknya dari lift kecil itu terus maksain kepala mas-masnya buat masuk ke lift kecil itu. HAHA gila gak sih. Terus tiba-tiba lift nya turun lagi masuk ke dalem meja kasir. Padahal kepala mas-masnya masih ada di dalem situ -____-

Ramadhan Is Over Now

Eh gila ya. Gak kerasa kalau Ramadhan itu cepet banget. Cuma sebulan. Bulan ramadhan tahun ini, gue ngerasa jadi orang yang lebih baik. Gue lebih rajin solat, lebih rajin teraweh, gitu-gitu deh.

Ngomong-ngomong, gue bakalan make baju lebaran yang sama selama 3 tahun loh... NOT! Ngga deng. Untungnya tahun ini gue gak bakalan make baju yang sama, soalnya gue udah make baju itu selama 3 tahun buat acara bulan ramadhan di sekolah gue. Dan ADA BUKTINYA teman-teman. ADA. Untungnya, baju-baju nyokap gue banyak yang muat sama gue. Yaaaah, paling kepanjangan dikit atau apalah. Tapi intinya muat. Jadi buat lebaran tahun ini, gue bakalan make bajunya nyokap gue. Gue besok bakalan make bajunya nyokap gue + black jeans + vintage Aigner belt punya nyokap gue. I'll post my photo later.

Everybody know about Omegle, right? According to wikipedia, Omegle is a website used to communicate with random anonymous people across the internet via chat. It's fun but sometimes it's boring. You can meet new people there. But sometimes you can meet fake people too.

Waktu pertama kali gue omegle-an, gue langsung dapet orang yang enaaaak banget diajak ngomong. Soalnya kita sama-sama suka Kaiser Chiefs. Tau kan? Band asal UK yang udah pernah gue tulis di post-an gue yang sebelumnya. By the way, dia juga dari England.Orang ini kita sebut aja si X. Gak enak gue kalau nulis namanya. Tapi dianya gak ngerti ini. ah bodo deh pokoknya gitu deh. Sayang banget gue gak nyimpen conversationnya. Waktu itu kita sama-sama jujur (anjir bahasanya sedikit menggelikan). Pokoknya waktu itu ngobrolnya panjang banget. Dia cowo. Kuliah di England. Suka Kaiser Chiefs dan genre indie (same as me! high five!). Dan punya facebook. Sekarang gue udah jadi temen facebooknya dia :D

Tapi coba kalau misalnya lo udah enak gitu ngobrol sama satu orang di omegle, terus ternyata selama itu dia ngeboongin lo. Males banget gak sih? Kalau gue sih males ¬_¬

Jadi di omegle, gue selalu nulis apa adanya gue. Gak gue tambahin gak gue kurangin. Kalau gue udah males sama Stranger yang gue aja ngobrol. Yah langsung gue disconnected. Gak kenal ini kan :P HAHAHA

Kalau denger kata lebaran, pasti yang kepikiran ketupat, opor ayam, duit lebaran, blahblahblah. Pokoknya yang bagus-bagus dan enak-enak deh! Tapi ada juga satu hal yang bisa jadi enak bisa juga ngga: Mudik.

Loh, kenapa? Bukannya mudik itu seru ya? Ketemu saudara-saudara lama gitu? Iya enak kalau lo yang pergi mudik. Sedangkan gue sekeluarga itu ngga mudik tahun ini. Sebenernya sih bokap gue ada niat buat pergi ke Cirebon ngunjungin nenek di sana. Cuma masalahnya, di rumah sekarang ini gak ada pembantu sama sekali. Jadi kalau kita semua pergi, rumah kita ya kosong melompong ¬_¬

Kemarin, pembantu gue pada pulang semua. Supir gue pun juga pulang kampung, dipaksa istrinya... Untung aja supir ortu gue masih ada di Jakarta jadinya masih bisa dipake. Kalau ngga bakalan susah banget kalau kita mau pergi-pergi. Jadinya, tadi pagi pas kita bertiga (gue, nyokap, bokap) sahur sendiri. Nyiapin sendiri, balikin sendiri, dan nyuci sendiri. Well, tepatnya sih nyokap gue yang nyiapin dan nyuci. Waktu nyokap gue lagi nyiapin gue disuruh tidur sama bokap gue. Ya sudah, udah direstuin bokap ini hahaha

Walaupun rada ngerepotin, gue seneng bisa bertiga doang kayak gini. Biasanya, bokap gue bangun jam 3 buat makan sahur. Gue gak tau kenapa, dia maksa banget buat bangun jam 3. Kayaknya sih mau nonton Quraish Shihab HAHA. Sedangkan gue dan nyokap gue biasanya bangun jam 3.30. Jadi bokap gue udah makan duluan gitu. Terus abis sahur biasanya nyokap gue langsung tidur lagi. Yang bangun cuma gue sama bokap doang.

Sekarang, nyokap bokap udah bangun duluan. Cuma gue yang tidur (YEA-HA). Tapi tadi gue makannya telat, kayaknya sih gue di biarin tidur sama ortu gue. Soalnya gue baru tidur jam 2an gitu. Terus tadi kita ngeberes-beresin bareng-bareng gitu. Yaaaah, pokoknya gitu lah. Seru bisa kayak gini. Tapi gue kangen banget sama mbak-mbak gue. Gue kangen abis sahur langsung main laptoooooop.

I remember when Unga and I stayed at a beautiful small house in Oxford, England. We stayed there for a month. Waktu itu kita lagi ikut program home stay dari EF. Oke, emang beberapa hari ini post-post gue isinya tentang Oxford lah, home stay lah, summer lah, blahblahblah. Bosen gak? Gue sih ngga HAHA.

Mr. and Mrs. Tranter own this little house. Even it's small, their backyard is wonderful. You can see a lot of flowers, and fruits. Mereka nanem buah-buahan, bunga, terus ada juga sayur-sayuran sedikit. Katanya biar mereka gak perlu beli sayur atau buah-buahan di supermarket lagi. Udah ada di rumah gitu jadinya. A smart way to start a greener life, right?

Remember Tintin? Belgian reporter that always solve a crime? Gue dulu suka banget tuh nonton Tintin. Biasanya dapet vcdnya (waktu itu masih jamannya vcd ¬_¬) dari batere apaa gitu. I know, I know. It sounds ridiculous, right? Tapi vcdnya bagus loh, bukan bajakan atau gimana. Nih sampe sekarang masih ada di rumah gue :P Masih bisa ditonton lagi!

Summer in Paris

I spent my holiday in Paris. It such a wonderful trip. I went there with my EF home stay group. Gue juga pergi bareng temen satu sekolah gue, namanya Dinda Bunga Hapsari. Tapi dia di panggil Unga.

Sebenernya, gue gak cuma ke Paris doang. Gue waktu itu ke Oxford, London, Brighton, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Brussels, and Amsterdam. Oh god. I miss that days. Kemarin-kemarin sih udah gue post tentang home stay gue ini. Tapi gue nge-postnya dikit-dikit yaa. Soalnya nge-upload gambarnya lamaaaaaa banget. Well, ngga juga sih cuma lama deh pokoknya ;p

Gue suka banget sama yang namanya Garage Sale! Sebenernya sih gue baru pernah sekali belanja di garage sale. Waktu itu tempatnya di Kassam Stadium di Oxford, England. Waktu itu lagi mau pergi sekolah. Sekolah gue waktu itu emang di Kassam Stadium. Ngomong-ngomong, Kassam Stadium itu tempat nya Oxford Unite latihan hehe. Oke,terus tiba-tiba dari kejauhan ada banyak orang-orang berkumpul terus majang-majangin barang-barang gitu. Waktu itu dipikiran gue: WOW, garage sale! MAU.LIAT.LIAT!!!

Gue bertiga sama Unga dan Kak Indah kacamata jalan-jalan keliling garage sale itu. Kita bertiga photo-photo suasana garage sale itu. Tiba-tiba kak indah dimarahin gitu sama yg jualan. Katanya gak boleh photo-photo pas garage sale, gitu peraturannya. Oh, baru tau gue ;\

Di sana, gue cuma beli 6 buku. Beberapa buat keponakan-keponakan gue, beberapa buat gue. Menurut gue apa yang di ada di garage sale itu semacam langka gitu. Yaaah, ngga juga sih... Nanti gue post gambar-gambarnya ya. Tapi nanti. Soalnya lagi gak dideket kamera hehehe.

I don't know since when, but I always bring my beauty stuff to school. Such as body spray, compact mirror, hairbrush, etc. Beberapa temen gue sampe ada yang bilang kalau barang-barang yang gue bawa ini terlalu lengkap. Oh well. Abis kalau gak dibawa kesannya ada yang kurang. Mau nyisir gak bisa, dll lah.

Kadang-kadang males juga sih buat bawa barang-barang itu. Suka berat tas nya. Apalagi kalau bawa Al-Quran, folder, sama buku IPA. Oh Allah, beratnyaaa. Jadi kadang-kadang gue tenteng satu, biasanya sih folder. Jadi punggung gue gak terlalu keberatan. Btw, here are some of my beauty stuff:

I made my choice. Gue bakalan nabung buat beli iPhone sebagai pengganti mobile phone warisan bokap gue yang sekarang. Gue waktu itu nanya beberapa temen gue, mendingan yang mana: BlackBerry, iPhone, atau N97. And most of them said iPhone.

Actually my first choice is BlackBerry. I want a BlackBerry because the internet feature. I'm internet geek (haha). But now, everybody use BlackBerry and I don't want it anymore. Gue sempet suka juga sama NOKIA N97 yang ada di music videonya Black Eyed Peas, I Gotta Feeling. Tapi setelah ngeliat review-review orang yang udah make mobile phone ini, gue jadi kurang minat. Terus gue ngeliat iPhone. Hmm bentuknya bagus, clean gitu dan gue emang penggemar barang-barang keluaran Apple. But the price... oh God, kenapa mesti mahal banget sih! Gue pengen punya iPhone 3G! Jadi mulai sekarang, gue udah mesti nabung-nabung. Nabung kepercayaan ortu juga biar bisa punya mobile phone ini. WOO HOO!

Dulu, internet gue itu sucks banget. Sering disconnect lah, kecepatannya lem00d lah, dll. Ngeselin deh pokoknya! Dulu masih pake internet yang kabel telepon itu soalnya. Tapi, sejak gue ganti internet jadi IM2 broadband 3.5G, internet gue jadi super duper cepet! Gue gak lebay atau gimana tapi emang beneran. Waktu itu gue download film nya Miyavi yang Oresama. Ada 4 part dan masing-masing itu sizenya 100 MB. And guess what, cuma perlu waktu beberapa menit buat download part film itu! Paling gak nyampe 10 menitan gitu. WOO HOO! Sejak itu gue selalu download-download lagu lah film lah music video lah blablabla. Tapi ternyata IM2 nya lagi ngehe waktu itu. Katanya kan 1 bulan ada batasnya, jadi kalau udah nyampe batasnya ya internet gue stop. gak jalan lagi. Tapi ternyata kebablasan gitu. Jadinya tagihan internet gue menjadi sangat sangat membengkak kayak benjol disengat lebah (apa deh haha). Gue diceramahin bokap.

Sekarang, gue lagi mau nyoba ngontrol diri gue sendiri untuk ngga terlalu banyak make laptop dan internet. Soalnya kan gue udah kelas 9. Dan di kelas 9 ini bakalan jadi penentuan gue lulus SMP atau ngga. Jadi gue udah mesti banyak-banyak belajar dan ikutan bimbel. Gue juga udah di kasih tau bokap gue kalau cuma gue yang bisa ngontrol diri gue sendiri. Jadi coba deh buat ngurangi main internetnya.

Tapi ada beberapa website yang seru banget sampe-sampe gue gak bisa kalau gak main ini. Yeaaah, ngga juga sih. Cuma gue selalu main ini kalau buka internet. ALWAYS. Twitter, Restaurant City, sama Country Story. Itu tuh yang gue selalu mainin. Gak tau kenapa, seru aja mainnya hehe.

Good news everyone! Internet gue udah kembali seperti semula! YEA-HA! Ternyata, internet gue itu kalau limitnya udah abis, kecepatannya berkurang. Intinya sih internet gue itu unlimited tapi kecepatannya bisa menurun. Yaaah, setidaknya gak kayak internet gue yg lama. Kalau udah abis ya abis, gak bisa main internet lagi...

Mulai sekarang, gue mau sayang-sayang internet ah. Kalau lagi gak make, langsung gue matiin aja. Jadi kalau gue perlu internet gue gak perlu marah-marah sendiri gara-gara kecepatannya lem00d banget. Sebenernya ish, kalau gue main internet yang gue buka yah itu itu aja. Palingan twitter, facebook (yaaah, ada restaurant city sama country life juga sih hehe), blogger, sama teenVOGUE aja kok. Tapi mungkin gara-gara gue mainnya hampir setiap hari kali ya?

Gue tau main laptop setiap hari itu gak bagus buat kesehatan. But it's addictive man! I don't know why. Sejak nyokap gue pertama kali beli laptop, gue jadi keseringan main internet. Sampe waktu itut tagihan internet di rumah gue membengkak! Hmm, pokoknya sejak saat ini gue mesti mulai mengurangi main internet nih. Sumpah deh, kadang-kadang gue suka pusing sendiri. Haaah

Music is the Cure

Gue lagi seneng banget sama musik-musik yang ber-genre dance dan electro pop. Contohnya, yang lagi gue suka sekarang itu David Guetta sama Little Boots. Sebenernya dulu gue gak terlalu suka sama musik-musik kayak gitu. I think music like that is not the real music. But now, I'm falling in love with that genre.

Gue jadi suka sama musik-musik kayak gitu sejak EF Disco di Oxford, England. Waktu itu gue lagi homestay. EF Disco itu acara yang dirancang sama EF buat semua anak-anak yang ikut program home stay ke England. Jadi yang home stay ke Oxford atau London pasti bakalan ada EF Disco. Pertamanya, gue sama temen-temen gue yang dari Indonesia gak mau ikutan acara ini. Personally, mungkin gara-gara kita gak biasa kali ya. Beberapa temen home stay gue ini sih udah pernah ngalamin acara yang kayak EF Disco ini. Jadi intinya, mereka udah pernah clubbing dsb gitu lah hehe. Tapi akhirnya gue sama temen-temen gue yang lain ya ayo ayo aja lah. Diajakin sama Renata juga sih (btw, Renata is our local guide). And actually, it's very fun!

Lagu yang pertama kali gue dengerin itu lagunya David Guetta featuring Kelly Rowland yang 'When Love Takes Over'. Damn. Lagu nya enak banget, sejak saat itu gue seneng banget sama David Guetta. Tua tua tapi azeeq. Umurnya udah 40an loh hahaha. Kalau Little Boots sih dengernya di MTV. Pertama-tama gue gak suka sama lagunya yang 'New in Town'. Intro dan lain-lainnya kurang enak. Cuma reff nya aja yang enak hehe.

Believe it or not, David Guetta pertama kali mulai karir nya sebagai dj di gay club. Sekarang, dia udah punya istri yang juga seorang dj dan 2 orang anak :) GO DAVID!

Di bulan puasa ini, gue udah bertekad buat jadi lebih banyak solat dan bisa solat teraweh full 1 bulan. Grrr tapi hari Kamis kemaren tiba-tiba gue 'dapet'. Baru pelajaran pertama udah dapet. Mungkin gara-gara gue stress mikirin soal ulangan fisika kali ya? :| Gak tau kenapa padahal latihan mandirinya lumayan gampang kok. ssss ngeselin.

Tapi ya mau gimana lagi. Sebenernya enak juga sih pas orang lain pada puasa, guenya ngga puasa. hehehe. Tapi males gantinya itu loh, yg lain ngga gue sendirian puasa.

Sebenernya gue lagi gak ada bahan buat di tulis. Cuma pengen ngeblog hehe. Oh iya, sayang wakil dari Indonesia buat Miss Universe 2009 gagal masuk 15 besar dan jadi Miss Universe 2009. Well, dia pasti udah berusaha sekuat tenaga kok :D (socuy haha :P)

I decided to change it. Tadinya mau gue ganti dengan doodles gue sendiri. Tapi gak tau kenapa, mungkin gara-gara koneksi internet gue yang akhir-akhir ini jadi pengen gue umek-umek (haha ketularan kak indah nih, umek-umek :P). Padahal doodlesnya udah gue bikin khusus buat blogger. Huhuhu. Well, mungkin gambar yang gue bilang ini gak kayak doodles-doodles gue yang sebelumnya. Lebih simple dan cuma satu bentuk aja tapi beda warna.

Warnanya jadi kurang bagus nih, soalnya di scan (ahaa alesan :P)

Gue ngeliat beberapa blog orang dan mereka lagi ngomongin mobile phone yang lagi mereka pengen. Well, I always want to have new mobile phone. My current phone is my dad's ex mobile phone. hehehe. Mobile phone bokap gue ini udah gak jelas seri berapa, yang pasti mobile phonenya bermerek nokia. Sebenernya gue punya mobile phone yang lebih bagus dari pada mobile phone bokap gue ini. Nokia juga, tapi lebih bagus. Tapi gue lupa juga serinya berapa -__- pokoknya lebih bagus deh!

Dulu, gue sempet ngidam banget Blackberry Bold. Sejak belom di release pun gue udah ngidam. Tapi sejak semua orang make BB gue jadi males makenya. Masih ada sih rasa kepengen punya BB, cuma ya gara-gara udah pasaran gue jadi males :| Gue juga sempet ngidam punya iPhone. Soalnya seru sih, touch screen :P Udah gitu kan applicationnya banyak banget jadi seru gitu. Tapi setelah ngeliat gimana cara sms dari iPhone. Rasa ngidam gue berkurang. Rasanya lebih enak ngidam mangga muda daripada ngidam iPhone haha. Gue gak suka nulis sms di iPhone touch screen soalnya. Jadi lama deh, kalau mau sms diem-diem grrrr.

Nah sekarang, gue lagi ngidam satu mobile phone keluaran Nokia. Nokia N97!!! Tau kan Nokia seri ini? Kalau pernah liat music video nya Black Eyed Peas yang I Gotta Feeling pasti pernah liat mobile phone ini. Soalnya Nokia seri ini dipakai sama Taboo di music video ini. Keren deh bentuk Nokia seri ini! Rasanya kayak punya BB dan iPhone di satuin. Great work Nokia!

Asik sahur pertama!

Sekarang udah sahur. Artinya abis imsyak kita puasa! Yipyip Seneng banget deh besok (Well, abis ini) udah puasa. Gue mesti banyak-banyak bersabar nih. Soalnya di sekolah banyak godaan haha apa lagi di rumah. Tadi malem gue lagi marah banget sama nyokap bokap gue. Sebel banget dah. Sampe nangis sendiri saking sebelnya. Masa gue sampe mikir kalau gue jangan-jangan anak indigo ya? WAHAHA Soalnya gue kok kayak sensi banget orangnya -___-

Gara-gara kebanyakan nangis pas sahur mata gue bengkak. Ok. Jadinya pas makan mata gue rasanya kayak masih merem-merem gitu. Kegedean kali ya haha soalnya bengkak. Apalagi pas bangun, oh ya Allah, berat banget udah masih ngantuk mata bengkak pula. Perpaduan yang sangat tepat. Kalau ngatuk kan mata pengennya merem, nah kalau bengkak mau gak mau mata sedikit merem gara-gara bengkak. grrrr.

Btw, tadi menu sahur gue biasa aja. Enak sih cuma kayak makan malem biasa menunya. Sebenernya ada banyak menu, cuma gue milih ini aja: Rendang + Cah Kangkung + Nasi. Selesai, gue mah nyari gampangnya aja biar bisa cepet tidur. Cuma akhirnya sih gak tidur juga. Gue malah main internet dan nulis post ini. E-HE

First of all,

MOHON MAAF LAHIR DAN BATIN YA SEMUANYA!

KALAU GUE PUNYA SALAH, DI MAAFIN YA :D

Gak kerasa ya besok udah mau puasa aja. Dari tahun ke tahun bulan puasa itu bulan yang paling gue tunggu-tunggu. Gak tau kenapa ya? Pokok nya seneng aja deh. Mungkin gara-gara teraweh, sahur, sama buka puasa kali ya? Tapi tahun lalu gue nyaris gak pernah teraweh nih.

Tahun ini, gue mesti 29 kali teraweh. Kenapa 29? Soalnya tadi gue gak solat teraweh yang pertama. GRRRR. Pengennya sih solat, cuma gue gak ada temen. Bokap gue pergi sih. Tapi kan dia ada di saf laki-laki sedangkan gue nanti di saf perempuan sendirian. Masalahnya gue lupa cara solat teraweh. Tepatnya sih gue lupa doa-doa sama niatnya. Yaaah, besok gue harus solat!!!

Nanti malem juga bakalan jadi sahur pertama buat bulan puasa tahun ini. AZEK. Jadi inget, dulu gue pernah ngerayain ulang tahun waktu sahur. Seneng banget deh. Nyokap gue ngediriin tenda di halaman rumah terus isi tenda itu semua hadiah ulang tahun gue. It's the greatest birthday of my life! Keponakan gue pasti tau, soalnya mereka ada disitu ngerayain ultah sahur gue hehe. Gue juga seneng banget kalau lagi sahur bareng keluarga. Gue kangen banget sama acara sahur gitu suka lucu-lucu sih. Dulu yang paling gue inget waktu gue kecil, ada acara yang dipandu sama ulfa sama eko patrio HAHAHA gue inget banget kalau acara itu hilarious banget!! Tapi sekarang acara itu udah gak ada dan diganti sama acara-acara yang menurut gue sangat garing. Nyokap bokap gue juga udah bosen sama acara-acara kayak begituan. Akhirnya beberapa tahun ini kita nonton nya tafsir al mishbah deh. Oh well. Sama juga kalau lagi buka, kita nontonnya acara di Metro TV tentang solat-solat atau apalah itu. Tapi yang paling gue suka dari buka puasa itu makanan berbukanya. NYAM. Enak banget apalagi kelapa muda sama kolak pisang. Oh god, dua makanan itu yang paling yummy deh :9

Okay. It's not because I'm an internet freak. But I have a lot of internet accounts. Starts from hotmail, yahoo, facebook, twitter, etc. I think it's okay to have a lot of internet accounts. Well, It's kinda hard to keep updating them at the same time. And it also waste my time too. Yesterday, I played 'Restaurant City' on Facebook instead of study for my exams. Gosh. Tadi waktu pulang sekolah, gue langsung nyalain internet. Hehe kebiasaan main laptop :P Waktu gue colokin modemnya, kok gak muncul-muncul ya buat internetnya? Gue coba pasang ulang. Tetep aja gak bisa. Entah dari mana tiba-tiba muncul tulisan 'Image Captured' di tengah-tengah layar laptop gue. Hmm. Gue coba klik tapi gak bisa. Laptop gue masih berjalan kayak biasa. Cuma ya tulisan itu tetep aja ada di tengah layar laptop gue. grrrrrrr.

Akhirnya gue memutuskan untuk merestart laptop gue. hahaha mau diapain lagi :P gak ada ruginya ini kan? Abis di restart sih tulisannya ilang. Jadi no problemo buat gue hehe.

I like to draw weird things on a piece of paper. Well, gue ngelakuin ini biasanya pas lagi pelajaran hahaha jadi mengganggu pelajaran gitu. Tapi mau gimana lagi, entah kenapa pelajaran di kelas 9 ini kok ngebosenin banget ya? Ada juga beberapa guru yang bikin bosen. Yaaah, gue sih seharusnya belajar dengan sungguh-sungguh soalnya kan bentar lagi (ngga bentar lagi juga sih, cuma yaaa..) mau ada UN dan Ujian akhir sekolah. Hiiiih.

Gue baru bikin 2 kertas folder yang berisi penuh gambar-gambar gue. Biasanya gue gambar mata, hidung, mulut, cacing, ular, pattern, dll. Pokoknya apa aja yang terlintas di pikiran gue. Kadang-kadang gue bisa juga bikin celana dalem di gambar gue. Yah mau gimana lagi, itu yang lagi gue pikirin. Tapi gue bukan orang yang suka nyuri celana dalem ya!!!!!

Menurut gue, kalau mau bikin gambar-gambar gak jelas tapi seru itu mesti ada beberapa hal yang disiapin:

a. Pensil atau pulpen

b. Kertas -- kertas robekan juga bisa, yang penting kan bisa digambarin hehe

c. Usahain pas lagi bosen atau ngatuk parah di kelas atau apa gitu pas mau bikin ini, biar lebih niat dari pada dengerin guru :P

d. Pikirin apa aja yang mau lo gambar -- apa aja yang ada di pikiran lo. Kutang kek, celana dalem kek, apa aja (dari tadi kok berhubungan dgn pakaian dalem sih -____-)

Ta-daa. Itu aja sih menurut gue. Soalnya gue biasanya gitu hehe. Maybe you have another thing to prepare. Well, suka-suka lo haha By the way, I'll post my doodles pictures later :)

I just found out my new obsession, greeting cards. Currently, I love to draw doodles or something like that if I don't have something to do. And today, I just found out a website that sells greeting cards. I found this website from TeenVogue.com. I saw it and I love it! Jadi sejak saat ini gue bakalan tergila-gila sama greeting cards yang punya design-design yang lucu.

Greeting cards yang dibuat oleh Linda & Harriett bisa dibilang gak terlalu banyak. Tapi setiap greeting cards yang dibikin itu bagus-bagus dan lucu-lucu. Setelah beberapa hari masuk sekolah, gue ngerasa masih ada perasaan yang aneh gitu. Gue ngerasa kalau kebiasaan gue dalam hal belajar sama sekolah waktu kelas 8 tuh udah gak gue pake lagi buat kebiasaan gue belajar dan sekolah di kelas 9 ini. Well, kebiasaan baru gue ini lebih bagus kok. Gue merasa gue mesti lebih banyak belajar dan mengulang pelajaran biar ilmu-ilmunya kecantol di otak gue. Tapi gue ngerasa kebiasaan lama gue itu juga bagus dan kalau gak gue pake rasanya pasti ada yang aneh. Seperti sekarang ini.

And the class. Umm, some of my classmates are very nice and fun to talk with. But some of the boys are annoying and like to bully another student in my class. I feel so sorry for that student. Anak yang di bully ini suka dikatain gitu sama cowo-cowo itu. Gue jadi mikir, kalau misalnya dari kecil atau dari kapan gitu lo dikata-katain sesuatu seperti misalnya klepto. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, lo bisa aja jadi klepto beneran. Gosh. Kasian ngeliatnya.

Entah kenapa abis liburan kenaikan kelas 3 ini gue ngerasa setiap weekend itu membosankan kalau gak ada acara atau jalan-jalan ke luar rumah. Kenapa ya? Apa gara-gara waktu di Oxford, England gue selalu pergi jalan-jalan setiap hari atau guenya aja yang bosenan di rumah. Gue sih mau mulai ngebiasain diri buat lebih seneng dan lebih santai di rumah. Hmm.

By the way, Karya Ilmiah gue buat kelas 3 ini judul besarnya adalah Anak Indigo. Well, gue masih belum tau judul yang lebih spesifiknya. Intinya sih gue mau ngebahas tentang pengertian, ciri-ciri, dan lain-lain gitu lah. Gue masih belom brainstorming ceritanya loh sebenernya. Waw, gue harus mulai melakukannya nih. Temen-temen yang lain udah banyak yang mulai brainstroming dan gue cuma baru milih judul dan nyari-nyari buku doang. Soalnya gue masih mau nyari informasi dulu sih tentang anak indigo. Actually, I do not know anything about indigo children. Just a little bit of information that I know. Still searching about that topic. Semoga aja buku-buku tentang anak indigo ada di Gramedia PIM. Meet Kaiser Chiefs

OH MY GOD! Gue lagi tergila-gila dengan sebuah band indie dari England yang namanya Kaiser Chiefs. Familiar with a song called 'Ruby'? It's their song. Familiar with a song called 'Never Miss A Beat'? It's their song too. YA ALLAH, gue lagi tergila-gila dengan mereka nih!! Sebenernya waktu itu gue biasa aja sih sama mereka. Gue malah gak tau sama sekali sama mereka.

Sampai suatu hari gue nonton MTV atau [V] Channel gitu, terus ada music video mereka yang judulnya 'Good Days Bad Days'. Dan sejak saat itu, gue resmi jatuh cinta sama Kaiser Chief. Hati gue berbunga-bunga gitu kalau ngeliat mereka (Apaan deh haha). CD pertama mereka yang gue beli itu judulnya 'Yours truly, Angry Mob'. Itu album kedua mereka. Sampai sekarang, gue baru punya 2 album

mereka. Yang 'Yours truly, Angry Mob' sama the latest CD from them, 'Off With Their Heads'. Tinggal satu lagi nih belom punya albumnya. Album mereka yang pertama 'Employment'. Waktu gue di Oxford, I bought their latest Album and I saw their first album too. But I didn't buy it. Sigh. Soalnya gue kira di Jakarta masih ada yang jual. Gue baru nanya satu toko musik sih wehehe :P Di Sincere PIM, stocknya udah kosong. Emang udah lama sih albumnya, jadi mau diapain lagi....

I love their music because their music is different. Unik dan gak gitu-gitu aja. Kan ada tuh satu penyanyi yang musiknya kayak gitu2 aja. Naaah, kalau Kaiser Chiefs ini tuh bervariasi. Pertamanya, gue sangat-sangat senang MOS udah selesai. Capek nya gila banget. Waktu hari kedua MOS aja gue udah tepar. Selesai pelajaran, banyaaak banget anak kelas 7 yang ngumpul di lapangan bulan sabit. Di dalam hati gue ada perasaan senang sama males juga buat ngerjain anak-anak kelas 7 hehehe Yaah, akhir-akhir nya sih gue tetep ngerjain mereka, cuma dibantu sama temen-temen gue yang lain. Soalnya gue kehabisan ide hehe.

Yang bikin gue capek banget itu anak-anaknya. Ada yang baik juga sih.. nurut-nurut, sopan gitu. Tapi ada juga yang nyolot-nyolot gak sopan dan gak minta maaf. Ada beberapa anak waktu lagi sesi minta tanda tangan sama pengenalan lingkungan sekolah yang nyolot. Semuanya cowo. Waktu itu kayak gini...

Jangan-jangan itu nomer hp nya sendiri lagi -____- Terus gue suruh aja dia tanya siapa namanya yang punya nomer itu. Dia pergi. Tiba-tiba dia balik lagi, gue kira dia udah nemu namanya. Eeeh dia malah bilang gini "Aduh kak, maleees. Malees, maleeees...". Gue kasih tau sekali lagi, dia itu cowo. COWO TEMAN-TEMAN, COWOOO!!!!

Gue gak ngerti kenapa. Tapi yang lebih berani dan mau disuruh apa aja tuh murid-murid cewe nya. Aneeeeeh. Ada juga gue suruh apa gitu lupa. Mereka cowo semua gue suruh bareng-bareng. Tapi pada malu-malu semua gitu deh. OH IYA! Ada juga tuh satu cewe yang pertama kali minta tanda tangan ke gue. Pas gue mau ngasih perintahnya, eeeh bukannya minta ijin dulu atau gimana, dia langsung angkat telepon -_____-

Ah yang penting gue udah bisa istirahat di rumah. Capek gue. Gue jadi pengen minum vitamin water deh.

ATTENTION! GUE GANTI URL BLOG GUE!!

Why? Something inspired me. Inspired by what?

Waktu di Oxford, gue pergi ke garage sale gitu. Itu pertama kali nya gue pergi ke garage sale, gue dan unga bahagia banget rasanya. Kayak ngubek-ngubek harta karun aja kesan nya hahaha terus gue nemu satu stand yang di mata gue itu sangat lah indah (apaan sih gue -__-). Sebenernya cuma stand buku-buku lama doang sih. Gak special amat, itu cuma kardus-kardus isi buku terus lo mesti ngubek-ngubek sendiri buat liat bukunya. Tapi ada satu papan yang bikin stand itu makin indah di mata gue... £10 FOR 6 BOOKS!!

Gue langsung dengan semangat mengubek-ngubek setiap kardus yang disediakan. Soalnya gue paling seneng sama yang begituan. hahaha. Gue menemukan 6 buku yang menurut gue lucu sekali dan seru sekali. Ada satu buku yang kondisinya, hmm, kira-kira 93% masih bagus. Cuma covernya aja rada robek dikiiit. Isinya tuh sangat lah menarik. Isinya gak penting gitu sih, cuma children's miscellany gitu sih. Dan emang judulnya itu 'Children's Miscellany' hahaha. Di dalem itu gue dapet kata-kata "Mr. Owl Ate My Metal Worm". Coba lo baca dari belakang deh. Pasti jadinya juga "Mr. Owl Ate My Metal Worm" :)

Kenapa ya semua orang jadi parno buat pergi ke mall-mall gitu? Pasti gara-gara bom! Gue ngeliat post temen gue tentang bom HAHAHA lucu abis, waktu dia deg-degan pas lagi nonton. Waktu pertama-tama gue nonton beritanya gue emang rada takut juga sih buat keluar rumah. Tapi hari itu (Hari Jumat kemaren, waktu pengeboman itu loh..) tuh gue diajak nonton sama temen homestay gue di EX. Mau nonton Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince. DIBAYARIN! Lumayan kan hehe, jadi dari pada gue tolak mendinggue terima sekalian ketemu sama mereka lagi :) Waktu nonton itu gue juga takut sendiri sih, tapi ya gue ngelanjutin nonton aja. Sayang kan udah bayar mahal-mahal malah gak ditonton.

Hari ini gue mau pergi lagi, tapi bukan nonton. Gue mau nyari sepatu putih sama beli perlengkapan buat sekolah. Dan gue udah biasa-biasa aja dengan berita bom di Hotel Ritz Carlton sama JW Mariott itu. Teroris-teroris kayak gitu itu cuma mau cari sensasi doang. Alhamdulillah deh, yang nge-bom udah mati. HAHAHA.

Btw, tadi gue ngeliat di tv kalau Manohara dan ibunya ngunjungin korban-korban bom di rumah sakit. Well, bagus sih dia simpati gitu. Tapi di mata gue, Manohara dan ibunya itu cari sensasi aja. Ngeliat gimana kasus mereka itu yang gak selesai-selesai, gue udah males aja sama mereka. Udah gak terlalu simpati gitu. Apalagi sama sinetronnya itu :| HUEK CUIH malezzz

Akhir-akhir ini gue jadi tergila-gila sama something with flowers on it deh. Gak tau sejak kapan ya. Probably, sejak gue mau berangkat homestay. Soalnya pikiran gue berbunga-bunga (HAHAHA ha...). Mulai dari baju, rok, vest, rings, necklaces, pictures, etc. Gue suka semua yang ada motif bunga-bunganya! For example, my friend's blog, Sarah. You can see it HERE. Crazy about that background!

I told my sister about what inspiring me right now, the flowers. I told her because she's the one who will design my room. Can't wait to see my new room!! :D

Next week, I'm going to be a ninth grader. Gosh. Buat semester baru ini, gue punya new to-do-list. Belum lengkap sih, maybe I'll add more things to-do. Sementara sih ini dulu...

Become my cats' playmate. Gara-gara gue gak suka ngurusin makan mandi kucing-kucing gue, gue milih untuk jadi playmate nya aja. That's my new job.
I need to do more exercise!! Kata nyokap gue, gue mesti banyak2 olahraga biar cepet tinggi (HAHA). And I already decided what I want to do: Tennis, Fitness, and the most important thing, SWIMMING!!
Study Study Study! Tahun ini tuh bakalan jadi tahun penentuan. Gue mesti banyaaaak belajar biar nilai gue naik dan gue lulus dengan nilai yang memuaskan. Gue pengen banget dipanggil maju ke depan buat dapet penghargaan pas wisuda nanti :)
Saving money. Gue mesti pinter-pinter nyimpen uang nih. Gue kaget waktu tau gue ngabisin berapa pas pergi ke Oxford. Gue pengen banget bisa part time kerja di manaaa gitu. Kan asik punya penghasilan sendiri :D
Smart shopping. Nyambung sama point gue yg diatas, gue juga mesti pinter-pinter ngebelanjain uang. Gue pernah ngabisin uang jajan gue sebulan dalam satu hari. Waktu itu gue nonton dan gue lupa apa aja yg gue beli pake uang itu. I'm collecting all of my store receipt now. Just in case hehe :)
I'm hungry. I want more books!! Waktu homestay, gue ketemu sama orang yang doyan banget baca buku dan hello kitty (HAHAHA, guess who? :P), gue ngeliat buku-buku bacaannya dia dan sepertinya semua buku-bukunya tuh bagus-bagus. Gue jadi penasaran dan gue ngerasa gue itu kurang baca buku yang bagus-bagus kayak gitu. Selama ini gue cuma baca komik sama novel-novel biasa aja hahaha. Thanks for the inspiration kak :D

Kayaknya segitu dulu deh, semoga aja gue gak cuma jadi orang yang 'banyak omong tapi gak ada actionnya' hehe kayaknya gue masih punya banyak lagi yang mesti gue lakuin di tahun ini hmm well, wish me luck :)

Kenapa sampe jam segini gue belom ngantuk ya? Gue udah nyoba tidur tapi gak bisa tidur. Itu namanya Jet lag. Udah lama banget gue gak ngerasain jet lag. Terakhir gue pergi pake pesawat itu waktu gue kelas 7 ke Korea Selatan. Itu aja gue udah capek karena perjalanan 6 jam. Sekarang gue pergi ke Oxford via London selama 16 jam. 16 hours!!! Gimana kalau ke Amerika ya? Yang pasti gue bakal pergi sendirian lagi atau bareng kakak gue. Soalnya bokap nyokap gue udah males pergi jauh-jauh gitu dan mereka udah pernah, jadinya males :|

Inget Jet lag jadi inget satu lagu yang dari kecil udah pernah gue denger. Gue juga sempet nonton filmnya, Armageddon. Rada lupa-lupa gitu sih sama plotnya. Cuma (rasanya) gue udah pernah nonton deh hehehe. Gue ngerasa kalau lagu ini tuh gak ada matinya. Tetep aja enak didengerin walau pun udah dari tahun 90-an. Dan emang lyricnya bagus banget. Well, here we go..

Helloooo Jakarta!

Gila. Gue kangen banget bangetan sama Jakarta. Quick thing aja yaaa soalnya udah malem. Waktu di oxford, gue sama temen-temen gue pergi ke satu toko yang namanya Scribbler. Lokasinya itu di city center, tinggal jalan kaki sebentar aja udah nyampe kok. Tokonya unik banget, tapi buat yang under age mendingan gak usah diajak masuk yaaa. Soalnya waktu pertama kali gue masuk toko ini, gue ngeliat banyak postcards yang gambarnya sedikit (BANYAAK) tidak senonoh HAHA masa ada gambar segerombolan kakek-kakek lagi main golf sambil telanjang bulat. Ada juga postcard gambar kakek-kakek lagi nge-grab boobs-nya nenek-nenek dan mereka terlihat sangat bahagia. AHAHAHA

Gue beli satu postcards. Tapi gue gak beli postcards kayak gitu yaaa. Cukup lucu kok. Here we go.

Momogi 13 kotak

Gue baru aja pulang dari PRJ (Pekan Raya Jakarta). Capek banget, tapi gue puas. Walaupun cuma beli sedikit. Soalnya gue belum pernah ke sana. Gue pergi bareng kakak gue sama suaminya. Sebenernya acara ini tuh tiba-tiba banget. Gue lagi di salon (haha) terus tiba-tiba kakak gue telfon buat ngajak gue ikut ke PRJ. Lumayan laah, gue udah lupa kayak apa PRJ. Yaudah gue ikut aja. Tapi sayang kurang cepet dateng ke sananya. Jadi cuma sebentar deh.. cuma 3 jam. Padahal kan daerahnya luas banget. Mana udah mulai pada tutup lagi.

Di sana gue cuma beli sedikit, berhubung gue baru tau daerahnya jadi gue cuma liat-liat dulu. Gue cuma beli translator buat dibawa ke Oxford, Momogi 3 kotak, sama Bangles batik gitu. Dikit kaaan?

Masalah momogi 3 kotak, itu soalnya kakak gue pengen dapet payung dari momogi. Sebenernya kita beli 6 kotak momogi, 3 buat gue 3 buat kakak gue. Satu kotak harganya Rp 8.000. Tapi masalahnya, kalau mau dapet payung mesti ngebelanjain Rp 100.000 buat momogi. Jadi paling nggak, mesti beli 13 kotak momogi.. ha-ha-ha. Akhirnya kita cuma dapet T-shirt momogi deh. Padahal gue pengen banget dapet balon gas momogi nya...

Tapi ada satu benda lagi yang gue beli. Waktu ngeliat harganya aja gue udah seneng banget. Benda itu adalah komik! Harganya cuma Rp 1.000/eksemplar! Gila gak sih! Sekarang kan harga komik udah sampe Rp 12.000, kalau majalah komik udah sampe Rp 25.000. Tau deh, paling nanti naik lagi. Gue langsung seneng banget! Gue langsung ambil 1 set komik Full House. 1 set itu udah dari awal sampe tamatnya. Totalnya ada 16 jilid jadi: Rp 1.000 x 16 jilid = Rp 16.000!!!!!! (lol, nulis tanda serunya gak nyantai) Sayang gue datengnya rada telat, jadinya komiknya udah tinggal dikit-dikit.

Jujur gue baru pertama kali belanja kayak gini di PRJ loh. Rada-rada telat gitu ya? Padahal setiap tahun ada gitu. Tapi gue seneng banget ada tempat kayak gini di Jakarta. Harharhar. Sayang tadi gak masuk ke monorail-monorail an Jakarta. Sial.Pokoknya tahun depan gue mesti dateng lagi! Harhar :)

Masa tadi pas baru pulang, bokap gue cerita kalau dulu waktu pertama kali ke PRJ gue pernah nangis di PRJ gara-gara bokap gue gak mau nemenin gue mendekat ke panggung pertunjukannya. hahaha.

Gue punya kucing baru, yaah gak baru-baru amat sih. Her name is Bitsy. Saking banyak nya gue punya kucing, gue sampe lupa dia lahirnya kapan. Gue harus menghilangkan bad habit ini! Pokoknya dia lucu banget deh. Paling gemes kalau ngeliat dia lagi main sendiri, ngejar-ngejar jempol kaki gitu. hahaha. She (or maybe he) is very very cute!

Sebenernya masih banyak photo-photonya dia. Tapi gara-gara koneksi internet gue, jadinya cuma post 1 gambar aja deh. She is very cute, isn't she?

Gue lupa masang photo-photo Oxford di post sebelumnya. Soalnya koneksi internet gue busuk banget, sampe-sampe loading gambar aja gak bisa. Seharusnya sih gak sebusuk ini, soalnya biasanya koneksinya bagus. Btw, Can't wait to go there! Sebenernya 5 hari lagi gue berangkat sih..

Gara-gara home stay ini gue pengen banget nanti kalau udah gede jadi backpacker. Soalnya seru aja gitu, bisa dapet pengalaman yang bener-bener beda dari turis-turis yang pake tour gitu! Selain itu bisa ketemu orang-orang yang baru juga. Lumayan laah, buat pengalaman kan seru banget. Tapi bokap gue gak setuju dengan rencana hidup gue ini... katanya terlalu berbahaya. hahaha. Emang sih, tapi kalau mau cari seru kayaknya seruan ini dari pada pake tour dan nginep-nginep di hotel.

I love Oxford, ngingetin gue sama satu film yang pernah gue tonton. Tau film nya Johnny Deep yang judulnya Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street? Movie setnya keren banget, mirip sama Oxford hahaha

Gue lagi suka banget sama Kaiser Chiefs. Lagunya enak. Lyricnya unik. Bagus dah! Gue baru punya satu album. Masih nyari dua album lainnya. Album yang paling baru cepet banget abisnya.. Nyaris semua lagu di album Yours truly, Angry Mob gue sukaaaa. Ada satu lagu yang lagi gue suka, judulnya 'Everything Is Average Nowadays'.

Watching: The Simpsons

Thinking: What should I wear to Oxford?

Gue tau. Kok rasanya penting banget ya gue mikirin kayak gitu. Tapi menurut gue itu tuh emang penting. Gue butuh nyokap gue buat bantu gue packing barang bawaan. Tapi emang kebiasaan nyokap gue ngatur-ngatur, jadinya semua barang nyokap gue yang ngatur. Kalau gue ngelawan, nyokap gue marah.. Tapi ya emang nyokap gue lebih berpengalaman sih, jadi gue nurut-nurut aja. Akhirnya, persiapan gue selesai juga..

Waktu lagi siap-siapin barang, gue dapet sms dari EF yang isinya tentang data host family nya. Ternyata host family gue sama punya unga beda. DENG DENG. Padahal dari awal niatnya gue itu barengan sama unga, eeh malah dipisah. Nyokap gue sih udah protes ke EF-nya. Katanya sih mau di telfon sama pihak EF kalau udah, tapi sampe sekarang belum di telfon. Au ah.
